Hi, I’m Shiva Marchand—a storyteller, creative, life enthusiast and certified life coach who believes in the beauty of transformation shaped by the twists and turns of the journey.

Born in Haiti, raised in the U.S., and rooted in Canada, my journey has been one of reinvention and reflection. From co-owning a photo studio to becoming a mother, my life centers on embracing intentional living and inspiring others to honor their unique paths.

Shiva Marchand is a creative entrepreneur, lifestyle curator, and storyteller whose journey has been shaped by reinvention, artistry, and deep personal exploration. Born in Haiti, she spent her early years immersed in the rich culture of her homeland before immigrating to the United States at the age of 9. A decade later, at 19, she moved to Canada, where she built her life and career across multiple disciplines.

With a background in marketing, content creation, and image consulting, Shiva’s career has been a dynamic fusion of creative direction, brand strategy, and personal transformation. She co-owned a photography studio, where she honed her skills in visual storytelling and production. Over the years, she became a five-time certified life coach, clinical hypnotherapist, NLP practitioner, and EFT practitioner, expanding her expertise in personal growth and human potential.

Her work in modelling, makeup artistry, and interior styling naturally evolved into a broader role as a lifestyle curator, helping individuals design lives, brands, and spaces that align with their deepest values. She founded LiterallyHer, a platform redefining the “becoming her” movement by embracing the beauty of transition, slow living, and faith-centered growth. Through her writing, social media, and community-building efforts, she encourages others to lean into change with intention.

Her personal journey also led her to discover the Bahá’í Faith, a transformative experience that deepened her connection to spirituality while falling in love with the man who would become her husband. Now, as a new mother, she finds herself in yet another evolution—navigating the rawness of motherhood while embracing her creative and entrepreneurial pursuits.

Currently based in Quebec, Shiva continues to explore the intersections of storytelling, business, and mindful living. She shares her reflections, creative projects, and insights through her Instagram, Substack, and digital platforms, offering a space where ambition meets softness, and transformation is honored as a sacred journey.
